JR have a fantastic role for an organised and efficient Administrator on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover. Working for a busy and fast paced construction and property company, they are ideally looking for someone who has previously worked in a similar environment.

Based on reception and therefore the first point of contact, you will be confident communicating with a wide range of people, have excellent telephone manner alongside your administrative skills. As the team administrator, you will update trackers, compile relevant legal documentation and draw together relevant information for reports.

An established business building residential and commercial property across the Midlands, they are looking for someone who enjoys a really varied and interesting role, supporting the Directors and ensuring things run to timelines.

They are looking for an Administrator for a 12 month period, office based working 8.30 – 5 with Monday 7.30am team meeting.

Rugby based with parking.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone, handling calls and directing them where required.
  • Maintain a welcoming reception area and ensure kitchen is kept clean and presentable.
  • Welcoming customers and hosting where required.
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing post and deliveries throughout the day.
  • Track build chart and build progress completing weekly updates of Build Chart with build stages for each plot, on each development, manually.
  • Manage the legal documents sent through post & email for each plot sale including contracts, land plans and ensuring these are signed and returned to solicitors in a timely manner.
  • Attend the weekly build meeting taking notes
  • Work with site managers to track customer care handovers (tracking handover report) and monitor which plots are left to be handed over. Update the tracking handover report and plots with site report.
  • Provide In House Research with a monthly report of our completions achieved for that month.
  • Ordering and management of Handover Manuals for old sites and all HA plots. Produce letters for each handover manual.
  • Maintain a record for the construction teams training and development and coordinate relevant training with providers.
