Finance Administrator

JR Recruitment have a great opportunity for a super organised and data driven administrator to join their client in Nottingham City Centre. Working as part of a team, you will enjoy working with lots of numerical information, reconciling on a daily basis.

This is an extremely detail focused role suited to someone who enjoys working in a process driven and structured role.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with payments, registration and client correspondence.
  • Opening new accounts and ensuring all information is inputted accurately.
  • Reconciling information daily.
  • Processing daily post and banking and involvement in the preparation of mailings throughout the year.
  • Responding to client requests.
  • Filing and scanning of documentation.

Key skills:

  • Administration experience
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Self motivated
  • Financial services experience would be an advantage
